Plerdy pricing: how its seven plans are sized, what each limit counts and what the free plan allows

How Plerdy pricing works, read from its own pages: the plan ladder, what each heatmap and replay limit counts, the free plan, the trial and add-ons.

Quick answerPlerdy lists seven plans, from a free-forever Free plan up to Enterprise 3, billed monthly or yearly, with a 14-day free trial. Each plan sets separate limits for heatmaps, video sessions, storage and add-on tools. This guide explains what each limit counts and leaves amounts to the live pricing page.
Plerdy is likely to fit when

✓ Small shops and lead-generation sites that want heatmaps, recordings and funnels in one account

✓ Owners of WordPress, Shopify or Wix sites who want to start on a free plan or trial

✓ Sites with a few key pages where a daily heatmap limit is enough

✓ Owners who want a reading method as well as a tool

Important limitations

— Sites with too few visits for a heatmap to show a pattern

— Owners who only need maps and recordings and are happy with a free tool

— High-traffic sites that need a very large monthly session allowance on a free plan

— Owners who need a full analytics suite, an email platform or an A/B testing platform rather than heatmaps

Plerdy pricing: seven plans and one billing toggle

Plerdy's pricing page lists Free, Startup, Scale (marked most popular), Thrive and three Enterprise plans, with a switch between paying monthly and paying yearly. The FAQ says annual packages carry a 35 percent discount. This guide leaves amounts to the live page because plans change, so open the page on the day you buy and set the toggle to the billing you plan to use.

The pricing page was read on October 30, 2026. Plan figures below are the numbers in its page text on that date.

What each Plerdy limit counts

  • Heatmaps: a daily limit on page views recorded for heatmaps, reset every day. The page text lists 100 on Free, 500 on Startup, 1,500 on Scale and 3,000 on Thrive.
  • Video sessions: a total limit on stored recordings that you manage by deleting old ones. The page text lists 500 on Free, 5,000 on Startup, 10,000 on Scale and 30,000 on Thrive.
  • Storage: data is deleted after a set period, from one month on Free to three months on Startup and Scale, six on Thrive and twelve on the Enterprise plans.
  • Other tools: conversions, e-commerce tracking and pop-up views follow similar daily limits, and the SEO audit has its own limit. Error monitoring shows a set number of top errors with a set history, for example the top 5 errors for 15 days on Startup.
  • Confirm all of these on the live page before you size a plan, with the billing toggle in the position you plan to use.

The free plan and the 14-day trial

The FAQ says the Free plan is available forever with limited usage of every tool. The pricing page lists heatmap analysis on up to three pages and an A/B testing tool described as having no limits on page views, sessions or tests. The 14-day trial gives you the limits of the Scale plan, and when it ends the account moves to the Free package. The pricing page also says no credit card is required.

A free plan covers a lot of small-site work: install the script, collect a few weeks of clicks and scrolls, and watch the first recordings. Move up only when a limit blocks a decision you need to make.

Add-ons, limits reached and refunds

  • Add-ons: you can buy extra limits for one tool, such as pop-ups, video sessions or heatmaps, in your account settings without changing plan.
  • Reaching a limit: the FAQ says there are no automatic additional charges when you reach a limit, and that clicks record until the daily limit is reached.
  • Websites: the FAQ says you pay for a package for one website in your account.
  • Refunds: payments made in the last 30 days can be refunded through support in your account.

How to size a plan to your traffic

Start from your busiest day, not your average. As an illustration, not a forecast, a shop with 800 page views on a busy day would pass the Free plan's daily heatmap limit of 100 and would also sit above Startup's 500, but the same shop would fit under Scale's 1,500.

The pricing page describes the limit as a daily page view limit but does not spell out which pages count toward it, so confirm that with Plerdy or in your trial before you buy. Run the same sum with your own analytics, then compare the meter with rivals: Plerdy vs Hotjar contrasts a daily meter with a monthly session meter.

When a free tool is enough

  • Microsoft Clarity: its FAQ describes it as a free service forever with no traffic limits, no sampling and data kept up to 30 days.
  • Contentsquare Free: its pricing page lists up to 200,000 monthly sessions and one month of data access, with session replays captured for 5 percent of sessions up to a monthly maximum.
  • Mouseflow: its pricing page lists a free plan of 500 sessions a month with one month of retention.
  • Compare the options in the best heatmap tools for a website, and read the Plerdy review for fit.
